The research er then analyzes eight other stages and concluds that the applications should be treated with confidentiality, so that further enquiries on them are dealt with ease and promptness. The question structure was also discussed in details as well and was classified in four different steps, such as introduction, gathering of evidence part, speculative and commenting part and closing session stage. In conclusion, the researcher suggests his recommendations on the topic of human resource management and pesents eight questions to be asked the candidates for the Post of Senior Receptionist position.
